Responsibilities:
Provides a positive first impression to all who enter the communityAnswers and screens all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, routes calls and takes messages, as appropriate.
Receives and processes mail for community staffAccept all outgoing mail/packagesMaintains and updates log of all emergency phone numbersCompletes new admission sign insAssists in sales process by performing tasks in support of special events and toursPerforms other general administration duties as necessaryEducation/Experience/Licensure/CertificationHigh School Diploma requiredMust possess strong interpersonal skills and capable of relating to a variety of people and personalitiesShould enjoy working with the senior populationPersonal initiative and sound judgment are also requiredMust have word processing and clerical skillsMaplewood Senior Living conducts pre-employment screening including background check, drug screening and reference checks.
